Rental Terms

The tenancy contract runs from the requested start date. The customer is charged for the remaining days of the month in which the rental period starts. The tenancy is then automatically renewed for 1 calendar month at a time. Notice of termination has to be given by the 15th of the month in which the move-out is to take place. Insurance is not included in the rent, but we offer extra insurance to customers on selected facilities. Each party keeps its assets/interests insured. The lessee must insure the items that are stored. If the lessee opts out of the insurance offered by the lessor, the lessee is obliged to have their belongings insured with their own insurance company.
