At our storage facilities with tempered storage rooms there is no requirement for an insurance-approved lock. This is because the storage rooms are placed inside our facilities with access control and video surveillance, which is sufficient in conjunction with the insurance. You must however have a padlock on the room door. A free padlock is ready in your storage room the first time you get there. This is to be delivered back to us in case of termination.
OK Minilager sells insurance-approved padlocks to new tenants who rent storage containers (insurance class 3 for 350,-NOK). The padlock is of the mark anchor (swedish) and is sold as a self-service. If the tenant has its own powerful lock this can also be used.
No. OK Minilager is only offering storage rooms. Tenants must them selves transport/move their belongings to the storage room. Of course, we can recommend and convey contact to recommended movers in your area.
No, insurance is not included in the rent. We recommend that you clear this up with your insurance company in advance. For an extra cost, we can offer insurance at selected storage facilities. Contact us for more information regarding the insurance we can offer.
When you have booked a storage room, we will send you a link to our online payment solution. You pay for the first month with your debit- or creditcard. If you continue to rent the storage room longer than the first month, your payment card will be charged automatically, and you receive a receipt on e-mail. Customers choosing to pay for six or 12 months in advance will get an invoice on e-mail.
